Holistic massage is championed for reducing both
emotional and physical stress.
An intuitive style of massage combining carefully
selected techniques inc gentle stretches, joint mobilisations & designed to ease tension within
the body, release stress & encourage deep relaxation.

Each massage will be tailored to your individual needs
and the strokes follow no fixed routine. A light to
medium pressure is used throughout.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue techniques work below superficial connective
tissue releasing the restrictions of deeper muscles, tendons
and ligaments.
Movements are slower and deeper with pressure applied directly to trigger points releasing stubborn knots. ​

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

A deeply relaxing and effective way to help ease
common conditions like muscle/joint ache, stress,
anxiety, swelling & indigestion thats experienced
during pregnancy.
Massage not available in first trimester. Midwife or GP approval for massage must be given before your treatment.
