Bodywork
A profound & effective hands on somatic treatment for chronic pain, scar tissue release, reduced mobility and releasing emotional holding from the body. It recognises and works with the connection between our physical & emotional health giving the client an opportunity to heal at the deepest level.

Treatment available at The Dawn Lister Centre.

Massage
Choose from either a Holistic Massage, which embodies relaxation with it’s intuitive, lighter strokes designed to ease tension within the body or go deeper with a Deep Tissue Massage.

Movements are slower & deeper, with pressure applied directly to trigger points releasing restrictions within the muscles.

Every treatment is tailored to your bodies needs.
TRE®
Tension & stress release exercises
Discover the power of your bodies natural ability to release stress and tension with TRE.
TRE brings online the bodies natural tremor mechanism - a soothing neurogenic vibration that helps the nervous system reset and return to calm.
It's an effective, empowering tool for anyone suffering with stress, anxiety, chronic pain and held emotion.

Hello, I’m Hanna, the founder of rose&bird bodywork. My passion for bodywork started with my own healing journey 10 years ago.

Having personally suffered from burn out, anxiety & complex ptsd, somatic bodywork & TRE® have been a big part of my healing process, and my passion grew from there.

I have seen time & time again the healing benefits that touch & movement therapy can have on the body and strive to both educate and help my clients.

My approach is instinctual and I use a listening touch, meeting the body where it is.
I am a huge advocate for using bodywork & movement enabling the body to release emotional holding patterns & release the physical symptoms of the ‘fight or flight’ response, which in turn have a huge benefit on physical & emotional wellbeing.

I pride myself on being a warm and personable therapist who listens to my client’s & each session is tailored to their needs.
Hanna practices in Essex.
