Introduction
These Terms of Purchase set out how you (the User) can make purchases from our website or through our booking system. Please read them carefully before booking.
We are based in the UK, and these terms are governed by UK legislation. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are available on separate pages of the site. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
All bookings made through our website (via Wix Bookings) or by contacting roseandbirdholistic@gmail.com or 07950 116 496 will be bound by the following terms.
It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.

Booking & Payment
• Treatments, Classes, workshops, events must be booked in advance.
• Classes, workshops require full payment at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
• Appointments and private events require a 50% non-refundable prepayment at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due on the date of the appointment or event or as specified upon confirmation.
• Payment is accepted through our booking system or as specified at the time of booking and will be confirmed via email or another agreed channel of communication once processed.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

For Classes/workshops
• Once purchased, there are no refunds given for class or workshop bookings. In the event of there being a wait list for the class/workshop, it is at the discretion of Rose&Bird Bodywork to issue a refund where a place can be replaced with someone from the waiting list. 
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund, reschedule will be offered.

For Treatments
If you need to cancel your bodywork appointment please let me know within 48 hours of your appointment time. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of your treatment fee. Clients who do not attend their appointment will classed as a 'no show' and will be charged the full treatment fee. Exceptional circumstances will be assessed on an individual basis.

Pricing
• All prices are listed on the website or at check out and are subject to change. Prices at the time of booking will be honoured.
• Prices do not include VAT unless stated. 
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your booking with a full refund.

Warranty and Liability
Our liability for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these terms is limited to the purchase price of the product or service you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking these terms. Losses are foreseeable if they are an obvious consequence of a breach or they were contemplated by you and us at the time the purchase was made.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability:
1. For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
2. Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
3. For breach of the terms implied by sections 12 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
4. For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
5. For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

We only supply products and services for domestic and private use and you agree not to use any products for commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
